Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026
Vyuh Drift is a content-scheduling tool operated by Vyuh Matrix. You write a post once and it publishes to the social accounts you connect. These terms describe what you can expect from the service and what it expects from you. They are written to be accurate about how the software behaves, not to be exhaustive legal cover.
1Using the service
You need an account to use Vyuh Drift. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything published from your account. If you believe someone else has access to it, change your password and disconnect your channels.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must have the right to publish to every account you connect. Do not connect an account you do not control.
2What you publish stays yours
You keep all rights to the content you create here. We claim no ownership of your posts, drafts, images or brand material, we do not use them to train models, and we do not share them with anyone other than the platforms you explicitly publish to.
3Platform rules apply to you too
When you connect Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram or any other platform, that platform’s own terms continue to apply to everything you publish through us. Vyuh Drift publishes on your behalf using the access you grant; it does not exempt you from the rules of the place you are publishing to.
Platforms can suspend accounts, revoke access tokens or change their APIs at any time, without notice to us or to you. When that happens, publishing to that channel stops working until you reconnect. We report those failures plainly rather than hiding them.
4What is not allowed
- Publishing content you do not have the right to publish.
- Content that is unlawful, that harasses or targets a person, or that a connected platform prohibits.
- Using the service to impersonate someone, or to publish to accounts you do not control.
- Attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to another user’s data.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.
5Trial and payment
Your free trial lasts 10 days. No card is required, and nothing is charged when it ends. Publishing pauses until you choose a plan.
If you subscribe, the price and billing period are shown before you pay. You can cancel any time by writing to harsh@vyuhmatrix.com. Your access continues until the end of your paid period, and there will be no further subscription charges.
Our 30-day money-back policy applies to your first payment on a plan. Within 30 days of your first payment on a plan, write to harsh@vyuhmatrix.com to request a full refund of that payment, no questions asked. After 30 days, payments are not refunded for a partial period, except where the service was broken in a way that stopped you using it.
See our Refunds and cancellation policy for how to request a refund and when to expect it.
6What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed: platforms have outages, rate limits, and rules that change. Vyuh Drift is built to tell you the truth about what happened — a post that failed is reported as failed, and a post we cannot independently confirm is reported as unconfirmed rather than as published.
We are not liable for lost reach, lost revenue, or the consequences of a platform suspending your account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7Ending your use
You can stop at any time. Disconnecting a channel removes our stored access token for it immediately. Deleting your account removes your content and tokens as described in the privacy policy, and you can request deletion at any time from the data deletion page. Posts already published to a platform stay on that platform — we cannot remove them for you, and deleting your account here does not delete them there.
8Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
